Homes Not Houses Campaign
Amy Wienands Real Estate has spent the last several years building an unparalleled brand that relays a message of excellence. 
In a small community, branding can be equally as powerful as it can be detrimental. After receiving several pieces of feedback regarding the brand, it was starting to seem as if the polished look was positioning our high-performing team as un-reachable.
This campaign was developed around the idea that our brand mission of leading with excellence didn't mean that we wanted to be unreachable. We felt our clients and community deserved the excellence that we were achieving. The 'Homes Not Houses' campaign was born because they needed to know they can have both.
From start to finish, I led our team in developing a new cadence of brand voice into this series of friendly/relatable photography and video that was featuring actual members of our team. I wanted our community to see our people outside of work and know that we tuly are "real people" with families.. and kids.. and passions... that love where they live and serve at a high-level, because they think their community deserves it.
These assets were published on social media and TV advertising. This multi-faceted campaign relayed relatability, but expressed that excellence and a high-performing attitude should not be compromised. Our clients deserve an approach to real estate that is far from common. We couldn't do what we do without them, so why not give them the best? It's only fair. But, they needed to know we were here for them and know where they stand. Real estate is is a serious business, and yet it’s intensely personal.
